The flexplate for the V6 is goofy and gives crank sensors hell. I had all kinds of issues with 2 diff store sensors till i got a genuine mopar. But even a sensor that's been at the bottom of the ocean for a year should still fire at least once per rotation.

Did you ohm out each of the 3 wires to the crank sensor, and verify connection at the PCM connector? The ground may not go to PCM, I forget.

Second, do you know if the fuel injectors are firing at all? I'm going to guess not, but if they are, that's another rabbit hole.
No problem with fuel that's fine, love my carb

Didn't ohm out each wire was testing gray/black with a light, now it runs suddenly. I can do this but probably would be better when it doesn't run.
That being said It did die while I had my obd on it and got code P0320.

OK, so I missed that you have a carb on it. Do you have resistors across the fuel injector wires? (please say yes...please say yes)

Second question...if you have a carb on it, why do you still have the PCM at all? Just to drive the dash and provide spark?

Sorry, i got busy, Not really sure these PCM's confuse me seems like they act as a pass through mostly (It's stock btw)

I had it running again, but now it doesn't start...I got a voltmeter in the mail yesterday, and I'm getting nada (like 300 mv)on the far left pin in the connector (unplugged i get 5.15V), 12v ground, and max of 5.2v on the last pin while cranking.

That first pin is suppose to be a 5v reference signal isn't it?

So with the carb, what did you do with the fuel injectors and their wiring? If you don't have load resistors across the connectors, that may be an associated issue wiping out the circuit drivers. Likewise if you just left the injectors there and plugged in to seal the manifold, but the fuel rail is not hooked up. without the fuel to cool them, injectors will burn up, and again take out the circuit drivers.

The crank sensor works different than you think it does. Let go find the oscilloscope video...
