Default Crank no start after wiring harness plug replaced

I after soldering the new three wire harness connector to the cam sensor leads, got the color coding reversed on the outside wires of a three wire connector. The truck cranks but will now not start.

Trying to determine the damage caused: Sensor burned out or PCM fried or both? Any suggestions.

Prior had the intermittant cam crank signal.
After now have 0340 code.
