Default Poor running 01 4.7l qc

So I finally have it back together after replacing the harness. However I'm left with p0201,3, and 8 codes. The truck will try and idle on its own but eventually just stalls out. The engine makes the best effort it can but eventually just dies. Will replacing the injectors solve the problem or is there more I should be looking for?

Think I would ohm check the injectors first, and verify the wiring.

Will do. I have a couple I got out of an engine at the yard and see how they compare (yard ones were around 12.6 ohm) I will have to see about obtaining a noid light kit.

Ones currently in the engine seem to be at 12.3 ohms. Tried getting a noid light kit but the az one was missing the light I needed

So i pulled plugs on a whim and found an eclectic mess of champions and autolites at least in the first 6

Plug change didn't improve my problem still wondering what else could cause it. Thought I heard rattling clattering on the passenger side. So I opened the valve cover there to check for messed up lifters, well I found this yucky thing instead
