That's because what you're looking for doesn't exist.

I can find all sorts of stuff for 97-99, but, 2000 and up is just torsion bar keys, and rear blocks. What changed in 2000 that no one makes lift kits for them any more?

The front suspension geometry changed when the front of the frame was widened to accommodate the 4.7 and (5)45RFE. I would imagine there are other factors as well.

That's weird, because I had an 04 and I'm fairly certain I found a lift for it, this was years ago though, but I remember the price being super outrageous like $2,100 or so. If they didn't sell, then I could see why you can't find them anymore. It had everything to lift the front and retain the ifs, it was a 6" lift though there was nothing in between except for the torsion keys or I'm just off me meds again. I guess the PO could go with a body lift as long he has an auto........ He can body lift the manual but I think the shifter needs to be lengthened if I remember right............ It's been years since I was researching on my 04. Or he could go with a sfa swap, I was also looking into that. And I did do that, and put in a 5.7 hemi with the 5 speed................ But it's an 05 2500 I upgraded to, lol.
