Default 2002 Dodge Dakota Electrical

All Electrical power is off. Truck stars but headlights, dashboard, dome lights, do not go on. Not sure if its the CTM. Read somewhere it could be something else but can't find it on this forum anymore.

It does sound like the CTM.

First, do you hear a click when you turn on the parking or headlights? There is a relay in the junction block on the side of the dash, by the drivers door. This is triggered by the CTM to energize the parking lights and other lighting. Fuse #4, 20 amp, also in the junction block provides power to the relay.

Give that a try first.

Hope it helps. Welcome to the forum.
