Default High Pitched Whistling

I have an 04 Dodge Dakota 4.7 4x4. I recently replaced the auto trans in it. When I'm driving I'm getting this high pitched, fairly loud whistling sound, but I seem to only be able to get it in 3rd gear or higher around either 1600-1800 rpm or around 2200. I can't get it if I keep it down in 1st or 2nd or if I sit and rev in either park or neutral. I was thinking belt/pulleys or TB but since I can't replicate it in park or neutral I'm thinking it has to do something with the transmission. Any ideas would be lots of help! Thanks

Does it happen at a specific speed, or in a specific gear?

Speed doesn't seem to be an influence, and i've only been able to get the sound in 3rd and 4th.

Yeah, sorry it took me a couple days to get back to you.

So there are 2 main different noises. One is a pretty quiet high pitched whistily noise that seems to happen in all gears while driving and the other is the loud high pitched whistle that only happens around 17-1800rpms in 3rd or higher.
hope you can hear both of them

So far I've tigthened the hoses into the trans and I've replaced the shift solenoid with one that I pulled at the junkyard.

Those 2 videos won't play for me although, when I open them, it looks like they should.

I also have an intermittent high-pitched whine on the highway (~100 km/h / 60 mph) with my 02 Dakota, 3.9L. The noise isn't coming from the radio and seems to vary with RPM. The noise will go away away when I accelerate or let off on the gas. I thought it might be coming from drive belt slippage because I'm fairly sure that is it the original belt since it only has about 103,000 km (64,000 miles). I would think that the drive belt would slip at lot more shortly after starting because of the higher charging load at the alternator and not when the battery is recharged and going in a straight line.
