Default Transmission problems, Maybe?

Hi new poster here but have read lots of great info
I have a 2002 dodge Dakota quad cab 4x4
4.7 L, 45RFE Trans 130,XXX miles
And now the history I have had with it...
Bought the truck with 124,000 from a guy who's son rolled it on its side. After about 500 miles truck started slipping in reverse. Did fuild/filters change and didn't seat filter right.
Pulled trans pan again and VB
seen it had a ripped reverse seal, so I ordered the seals and the transGo shift kit. Installed all parts for the VB and rev seal, put back together filled and drove awesome!!!
for the next 5k miles I fought a "trans pan" leak.Put a new pan with a drain plug on after dropping old pan 3 times. Still leaked and found out it was the pressure silonoid on the side of the trans. Replaced that, ALL GOOD til now
Now for my new problem, truck sat over the weekend. I drove it for 20 minutes around town stopped for 5 minutes. After restart the truck was missing like crazy (no codes) shut down waited a minute and it was fine..(did that to me twice that day) Now it shutters and slips going into 3rd then evens out...have not pushed it past 35 mph..
So think it could be the Pressure silonoid? (Cheap $20 Amazon part)
I also did the TPS, crankshaft sensor and one other that looked the same as the crankshaft sensor in the first 500 miles..
also new radiator 500 miles ago
ATF+4 Was used in trans
Sorry for being all over the place
Thanks!

The fact that your engine was misfiring and not running correctly right before the trans seemed to have bucked and slipped would make me question if it was actually the engine bucking and you mistaked it for the trans?
Probably a transmission issue though :/

While you have the pan off it's a great idea to check this spring that commonly breaks ,accumulator spring .
mine busted .Easy to get to also

There is a sensor kit that many replace, that covers a lot with shifting issues ,gov ,sensor, etc

💃🕺🕴👯‍♂️👯‍♀️!!!! Replaced the pressure sensor on the side of the transmission, took for a test drive and all is back to normal!!! When I did the shift kit I did NOT put the resistor in line, (I have a plug N play pig tail with the resistor on it) should I install it? And if so do I need to do any kind of relearn for the PCM

Default update

So I replaced the pressure sensor and the shuttering stopped. I have put 300 miles on it since, all seems to be well. My next question is should I put the resistor in line with the pressure sensor to up the pressure since I put the shift kit in?
If so do I need to do some kind or "relearn" for the trans?
I bought a pig tail with resistor already soldered in
Thanks

I wouldn't. You already have the shift kit.
