Default PO203 COde trouble shooting

Hello,
I am getting a P0203 misfire code. Questions: ! Others have said the the voltage should be 12Volts at the injector connector. Is this using the two wires ast - and + across the lead, or is this 12 volts from the positive wire to ground. If it is not 12 volts, what is the correct voltage. From a single terminal to ground. Thanks,

The fuel injectors are 12 volts at the connector. The +12 volt side is constant from the ASD relay. The ground side is switched by the PCM.

Should read 12v to a good ground.

Try replacing the injector and see if you misfire goes away.
