I have 50 pounds of fuel pressure at idle and 0 @3000 rpms

Does pressure fall off as you increase RPM? I would assume the engine stops running when pressure drops?

Yes at 3000 rpms shut down completely

Then the pump is failing, or the circuit is failing. Need to find out which. If you hear the pump running, but still have zero pressure, pump is bad.... Otherwise, need to verify you are getting power back there.

I would agree with the pump, But do you have a inline filter?
