Is there a bleeder valve for power steering?

Not that I know of. With engine off, jack up the front end, take the cap off and turn the wheels lock-to-lock like 20-30 times. That should get rid of the air.

There is no bleeder. Dodgevity has described the correct way to bleed the system of air.
