If you have the money, that's all well and good. Eventually, you'll probably hit the right part...... But, that gets expensive in a hurry.

It’s been sitting a few days unplugged ECM for about an hour plugged it back up started and ran about 1.5-2 miles stopped and not starting again

That's starting to sound like a bad ECM.

exactly so does that seem like a faulty ECM?

Trouble is, you tried another PCM, and still had the same issue......
Remind me, what's missing when it won't start?

Spark!!! Having said that both ECM’s were old neither were new.
