Default Dakota 5.2

Starts sometime runs and and idles and when I start to take off flutter and stalls

What brand crank sensor? Cleaned the throttle body? (I note you replaced the IAC, what brand is that?)

So you just did the cap and rotor what about replacing the distributor the pick up coil could be going bad

It started this morning run and seemed like it’s starving for fuel, I’ve gas in throttle body still don’t start I’ve replaced everything runs for a short time and again acts as if it’s starving for fuel

What kind of fuel pump did you use? Have you measured the fuel pressure?

I’ve got the fuel pump and pressure regulator from Amazon my pressure tester hose is leaking

So no idea as to the brand of fuel pump? It matters. As I like to say, you install an Airtex fuel pump when you want practice changing fuel pumps. I will only use OEM, Carter, Delphi or AC Delco fuel pumps. Your local parts store can likely loan you a fuel pressure tester.
