Misfire on number 7. What year? Engine? Last time it had a tune-up?

1998 5.2 tuned up a month ago . Can you ty anything from the obd2 readings?

Its just a misfire on 7. If ALL the tuneup parts are new..... I think for the next trick, I would swap injectors on 5 and 7, and see if the miss moves with the injector.

Although, that can also be a symptom of a blown plenum...... Could pull the throttle body, and take a look down in there, see what things look like.
