I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota 3.9L V6 that was recently in an accident I repaired/rebuilt the front end, One of the items I replaced was the electric fan behind the radiator and I noticed it doesn't turn on, is it suppose to be on all the time or does it have a certain criterion that turns it on?.
