Easiest way to check is to find the part numbers for each year model. If they are the same you're good, if not then unlikely. Rock Auto's a good place to start for this sort of check.
The problem is these spindles are no longer available so that's not how to check. Do a used part search at https://www.car-part.com/ should do it will tell you.
Just did a full USA check on a 2003 spindle all it gave me was 2003 or 2004 spindles as suspected they did a major brake system change starting in 2003 a different spindle was used those two years.
The 2003 spindle and brakes are a HUGE upgrade over previous years. Usually, the 03/04 spindle is highly sought after for the upgrade, but it must be done to both sides.
You will need: 2001/2002/2003/2004 upper and lower ball joints, 2001-2004 tie rod ends, 2003/2004 brake calipers/rotor/pads/brake line

My bad. You'd think I would have remembered considering I've been on a mission to convert mine to something that uses a unit bearing assembly instead of a spindle, and I was checking for just this on Rock Auto.
Well I was informed other if wrong thanks I still would need new tires and rims the 2000 to 2002 brakes should do just fine those pads are around 25 to 30% larger and the caliper piston is a little bigger with better pad control.
Cant wait to get it done in March that's the planed week I'm getting it done DIY.
