Help.i have a 02 dakota that I have installed 5.9. nothing is wrong with engine.its the parking brakes.i been testing the truck in my backyard.i have a one acre back yard.well I live in San Antonio tx an we got hit hard with snow.i was going to take it on the backstreets an I made it close to the front gate an I knotice my back tires were lock.i pull up my parking brake an it's still won't release..what to do.i need to get some smokes..lol

 

Gonna have to crawl under it, and see where things are jammed up.
