Default Hole reduction

Headlight bracket mounting hole.

Has anyone else ran into this? What did you use to reduce the size of that hole?

I hope so. I've not found much online yet, but the search goes on. The holes measure .530ish, I'll visiting a hardware store quite soon

Can you look at the original headlight, and see what that hole looks like on that one?

Find a nut that fits, then glue it in there with jb weld or something. Drill out the threads if necessary. Or...fill hole with JB weld alone, then center-drill.

That is how they are, its for adjustment of the headlight in relation to the fender and grille. My 03 was like that.
