3.9l still stalling please help!!!
So i found that my truck is now only stalling while going into gear like if drive for awhile and put it in park at a stop sign it will idle down to 0 i crank it up and it starts up. While driving or idling at 500rpms its hesitant to go
while taking off it gets to 30 - 35mph Then i have to easy off the gas and repeat to get 50mph

Engine swap
Crankshaft position sensor
ECU
Radiator
heater core
Battery
swapped throttle position sensor on last engine didn't solve problem
also walk outside to go to work this morning No crank no start. All lights and gauges work as normal no starter no fuel pump no attempt to turn over.
only noticable gauge not fluctuating is oil gauge it only moves when engine starts.

I’m having almost the same exact issue except mine is only stalling in reverse, I was having to push down on the gas pedal and shift with out the brake, which made me cringe every fricken time but at the time I couldn’t figure anything else out. I finally was able to figure out if I shifted the gear shifter past reverse quickly and to drive and then back to reverse it doesn’t stall. But I’m still having issues with it not starting randomly. The first time we changed the plugs and I had one bad one, thought I solved the problem and it did it again Saturday and then tonight. The last two times giving it gas and letting it run while giving it gas it stayed running. But if I let off the gas too soon it died again.

I am just curious if you guys have checked your grounds and/or swapped out batteries. I've got an 02 3.9 Dakota as well as a 96 ram 1500, both trucks started having these issues and it ended up being fixed by putting a new battery on. (after tons of $$$ and even more headaches) good luck!
