Air Conditioning Not Blowing Cold
I am having problems with my 2002 Dodge Dakota Sport (V6) air conditioning not blowing cold air. I've replaced the compressor, evaporator canister, high and low supply lines and charged the system fully. System fully charged and checked for leaks, no leaks. I watched a YouTube video talking about a clogged vacuum check valve. Can't locate any check valve on this engine. Does anyone have any similar issues or have a remedy?

Before charging, did you vacuum the system down for an hour with an AC vacuum pump, then let it sit with the valves on the gauge set shut for about an hour to make sure it held a vacuum? And did you replace the system dryer, which is the large silver can on the firewall? There is also an orifice tube valve to be replaced, which looks kinda like a long wire mesh bucket about as long as your little finger, and a little bit smaller around.

Like another poster said, did you pump the system down? If you didn't, it won't work. It MUST have all the air removed.

Carefully feel the lines to the evaporator. They should be cold.
Also, is the clutch engaging on the compressor? Is the cooling fan running?

Hmmm, that being the case it may be a problem with the thermostat. The control on the dash where you adjust the temperature but that gets into an electrical or circuit board issue which I am not familiar with in automotive systems.
