Default 2002 Dakota 4x4 Sport 3.9 miss.

My 2002 Dakota 4x4 Sport with 3.9 has a miss and will stall unless you restart and miss disappears. I have changed plugs, fuel injectors, pvc, shift sensor, rotor cap, computer everthing I can think of. Any suggestions. Thanks
