Well I think I found the motor control. It has one line going to master cylinder and one that takes off under the drivers side headin towards the back. I’m posting a pic

Only one line in/out? I suspect you just have RWAL...... Might try unplugging the electrical connector to that, and see how it behaves. (by doing so, it *should* just disable ABS, and hopefully leave the lights off.)

I’ll have to look at the master cylinder again also ….there’s a line going from it to the control motor and another line from the master cylinder that takes off under the drivers side also. I’ll unplug it (control motor) and see how it acts, Ive never had a master cylinder fail on me before but I would think that if it was to fail, it would fail and that would be the end of it, not just failing once in a while and then work for weeks or months and fail intermittently. I just hope the abs or CHeck Engine Light doesn’t come on. My wife put an after market remote car starter on it for me for Christmas and I think if the Engine light is on, the remote won’t start the truck…thanks for all the advise

I havent been using my truck much lately but I got in it today and came up to a stop sign and the pedal went to the floor again. While at the stop with the pedal almost to the floor, the brakes were barely enough to keep it from moving while it was in drive and I also heard a clicking from under the hood or behind the dash about once every second, sorta sounded like a flasher clicking at a real slow speed. As soon as i let off the brake, the clicking quit and the brakes worked good as usual. Could the clicking have been coming from the ABS control module like the one here https://www.carparts.com/details/Dod...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

thanks

No relay in there that I can see.

Do you have 2 or 4 wheel abs?

according to the vin decoder on this site, it says "Brake ABS System Four Wheel, Rear Wheel "

I posted a couple pics of what it looks like earlier in this post....the box has a brake line coming out of it and going to the master cylinder and another line going under the truck headin towards the back. I havent tried unplugging the abs control module to see if that help anything

I think that is just RWAL. (our vin decoder really isn't all that accurate.... try this place. Should cough up a build sheet for your truck, that tells you how it came equipped from the factory. Maybe it will be a touch more specific. )

Yeah, that is RWAL.
