Default Torsion bar installation. Help

Howdy,
I didnt mark anything when removing the torsion bars and now after putting them back in the keyes seem like they were under tension unlike now. Something seems off and I don't know what. Any help is highly appreciated.

Lower control arm where torsion bar is inserted.

The key is maxed out on top so the bolt is not under any tension.

Turning the bolt in raises ride height. Set the truck down on the tires, see where it's at. My guess is, it's gonna be a tad low.

Since you took both out and didn't mark anything, check the part numbers that should be stamped on the bars somewhere. Odd numbered bar (1AA, 3AA) should be on the driver side, even number (0AA, 2AA) should be on the passenger side. They are not interchangeable.

Also, never try to adjust the torsion bars with weight on the suspension. You'll strip the threads out, and they won't hold anything after that. After you set them and let the truck down, bounce the suspension a few times before taking your measurements.
