Default No buss -code

Replaced the heads on a 2002 / 4.7.... I have cranking but,... I get a Fault of NO BUS.. after cranking for bit., no start......I have a full set of manuals for a 2002 Dakota. Do not see any description of the no bus meaning ? or diagnostics fix.
.
Have fuel pressure, Starter cranks, no start.. I know it is wiring fault. Not sure where to start. I do have the cam timing correct.

I also have broken ground wires on the RF fender well. It goes from engine block to a weld stud on RF inner fender. Also on the same ground wire, it has a third connection where does it go ??......
