What happens when a 2002 dodge Dakota 4.7 ignition capacitor-ignition fails ?? Crank's have fuel no start. I believe this is a ground filter for ignition. Coils !..

No listing at Parts store's. Needs not be a Mopar part.
Right front inner fender, mounted on weld stud. No continuity thru Capacitor. Crank no start have fuel pressure

now it is making more sense the cap is most likely holding a charge for the relay to stay engaged. find the circuit in the schematics/wiring diagram and see how it is connected to the relay.
i would bet it is a part used over many dodge models. pull that part off and take steel wool or a sanding wheel to clean up the tab and reinstall. you can also measure its value after the cleaning with a volt meter that has capacitor functions.
It has no continuity thru the module. I finally got a dealer to find the part. I'll have it Saturday, I hope. I'll post the results. Cowboy thank you for your input, I appreciate your time and effort.
