Yes. I replaced my cloth seat covers with leather (pics coming soon) and wanted to replace the door panel cloth with leather as well.

I thought maybe this little panel snapped into the main door panel, and I could pop it out, pull off the cloth, wrap it with leather, and pop it back in.

Thanks for the info. It saved me from breaking something, most likely. I'll come up with something else.

I think even the factory leather trucks had cloth there. I could be wrong.

Maybe a putty knife will be able to separate them non-destructively?

Mine had cigarette burns when I got the truck. Ended up replacing the whole panel from the u-pull-it. Was cheap enuf.
