Ran a 70 mm Hipotek TB on my 05 dak. Gave it a bit more pep off the line. Fastman had a bunch of quality issues for awhile where the throttle plate was too small allowing too much air to pass at idle, resulting in high idling.

Do you recall part throttle performance? as in, say you hit a hill at hiway speeds, did the trans downshift a lot or did it hold gear (before & after the swap)?

I think I can make that a moot point, if there is any bottom end loss I believe I can compensate with the air box mod. The goal is to have as much part throttle torque available and yet when needed, more power up past 2500 or so... As of now, no air box snorkel and half the opening blocked with gorilla tape gets me better bottom end performance vs no tape. Air flow thru the box matters just like on the Ram (diesel).

Edit... went ahead and ordered one up.

Honesty don't remember. I had a superchips tuner with the trans package and was running a custom shift schedule anyway.
