Default 97 dakota 3.9 5speed won't crank with ignition no spark at plugs no fuel pressure

Got a 97 dakota that was parked in good running condition for a few years. Now it won't engage starter with the switch but will crank if starter is jumped but there's no spark at plugs or fuel pressure. I have power to coil and injectors. Any ideas what could be the issue or issues

Ignition switch?

You will only see power at the coils/injectors for about 3 seconds at initial key-on, then, the PCM needs to see the engine turning to keep 'em on.

Does the coil maintain power while cranking?

Sounds PCM related? I'm sure you have already done the obvious, if not go ahead and check every fuse on the truck (with a test light or a volt meter).
