1999 Dodge Dakota SLT 2WD Spindle
I just bought a 1999 Dodge Dakota SLT 2WD and ran into an issue with the caliper guide pin. Heard a grinding on braking and knew exactly what it was... Missing lower left caliper guide pin. Upon looking at it further I noticed that the threads had rusted out of the spindle where the guide pin and spindle meet. SO, I look online and cannot find a replacement Front Left Spindle for this truck and have no clue what year spindles are interchangeable. Anyone have an answer/suggestion? Thank you in advance!

"HeyYou" is right, remanufacture the spindles yourself or buy used ones at the junkyard.
There's another but more expensive option, you could upgrade to the newer 03/04 Dakota or 03 Durango brake set-up.
They upgraded the spindles and brakes in those years, and it's a big improvement, you could search for it on this forum.
Forgot to mention, if you wan't to upgrade you need at least 16" rims to fit the bigger calipers....
