Pretty sure your truck does not have a MAS. Most older vehicles only have a MAP sensor. A MAS sensor is just a different way to calculate how much air your engine is pulling in. It will usually make it run rich when its dirty.

Did you buy the oem sensors, especially on 02 sensor ?

-these trucks hate off brand sensors.

Check the connector to it .
Replace pcv too an check that the fuel pressure is normal. Both can factor lean code

I'm assuming you mean it revs automatically without you doing anything, right? You might have installed it upside down or it could be a junk sensor. I would lean towards a bad sensor. I don't think you can install them wrong on this type. Without the truck running try manually opening the throttle plate all the way. If you installed it wrong it will bottom out the sensor before its opening completely.

Then at least get one off a identicle truck.Thats better than a new off brand.
Your non oem sensors can behave totally incorrectly depending on brand . What brands are the sensors you put on?

Would having my ECU flashed have anything to do with the truck not recognizing the new parts?

Again.I would not leave the off brand sensors in. At least rule them out an put the used mopar on to eliminate that . Reset ecm an retest.
.[tons of reads on off brand sensor problems on the site]

Reflash wont fix it.

Are there any exhaust leaks?
