Default 97 Dakota 3.9L V6 Magnum

I just bought this truck private seller and was told the engine had been swapped. Has brand new map sensor throttle sensor and ignition coil, freshly charged ac and need to know if the computer needs recalibration after that was done. I did a poor man reset to it twice and the issue of lack or loss of power when pushing on the gas. Truck bogs down and sputters. It was running a bit warm yesterday and the engine light came on solid, threwcode P0441 EVAP purge flow, but went away after turning off and back on. I had it tested twice before and the codes for MAP sensor and ignition coil were thrown. I replaced. I unplugged battery and let it drain excess power with lights on for a few minutes. Started it at lunch and let it run idle for about15 to 20. Still has the hesitation and boggs down when really putting foot on gas

I should mention the truck has ran this way since I got it, sensor replacement helped a little but not enough to say it was a sensor issue to begin with. If that makes sense.
