The factory keys can allow for a 3 inch lift I believe. Its possible they are just advertising the OEM design feature. Otherwise you could check junkyards. That rear end also needs investigated as its lifted somehow. As Magnet said its probably a swapped shackle or extra springs.

thanks, I’ll order them. Do I need two?

and yeah the read end has a block with extended u bolts. I ordered new u bolts and shackle. I also ordered new shocks. I’m going to tackle it this weekend.

There is one key for each torsion bar so yes. With that said if they are not damaged I wouldn't bother replacing them.

Okay so I started tearing into it. I removed the blocks in the rear and replaced the u bolts. Turns out it was just blocks and the shackles are fine. It looks like it’s at the right ride height now. As for the front I’m not sure. I’ve never worked with torsion bars and I can’t find an example of what the front end is experiencing. Here are some pictures I took, any help is appreciated:

I removed the adjustment screw on the drivers side.

Looks like someone cut into the cross member on the passenger side.

Is there supposed to be a bump stop here? I believe it needs ball joints

Rear ride height looks good now.

Yep, front bump stops are gone.

Looks like the passenger side bolt for the torsion bar key is ran all the way in. Might try backing it out half way, put the drivers side in the same distance, then see how the front sits.

you don’t think it needs to be re indexed? The suspension is completely collapsed it seems.

Is it on 16" rims? The front ride height looked about normal in the first pic assuming your on 16's. If its 15's you'll need to re-index one turn.

Thanks, I got it done yesterday. Not sure what wheels were on it but the adjustment screw driven all the way in and the front suspension sagging drastically lead me to believe it needed to be re-indexed. Wasn’t to bad. I used an air hammer and a 16” smoothing bit to get the torsion bar out. It’s sitting at the right height now.

That looks pretty good. I wonder if a fair bit of your sag, wasn't due to that heavy front bumper.
