Default Missing and popping noise at exhaust.

I replaced an ignition coil because it seemed to run rough and have a miss.
I did various checks to determine it was bad.
Now it is still running rough and makes a popping noise at the exhaust, while sweating out some water.
I put a cloth on the exhaust and seems like it actually sucks the cloth back in with the popping sounds.
Wondering what to look at, such as valve issue?
I can't seem to attach the video or a url on YouTube to see the video that shows what I'm talking about, so I will add the YouTube url.

Think I would run a compression test, or leakdown test.... I would suspect a bad valve, or seat somewhere.

The video is neat. That sounds REALLY bizarre with the rag in front of the pipe.

Default Next test

I plan to do compression tests and also check coolant for hydrocarbons.

Default Found the issue

It came down to two bad coils and also took care of the issue I posted on another thread for the coolant temperature running too high, but seeming okay.
I've been idling the truck for about 45 minutes and temperature is about 1/2 way mark. Fans kicking in when triggered.
This is the updated video I put on my YouTube.
