Torsion bar has been replaced but driver side will not raise, desperate for suggestions, 2002 dakota sxt 4x4

Make sure you have the weight off of it when you are adjusting the torsion bar key..... Doing it with weight on it, tends to break stuff.

If you have it adjusted all the way, and it still sits low, jack up the front, back the adjuster all the way out, slide the torsion bar out of the key, rotate the key up until you can slide the bar back into it, then readjust ride height.
