Default 3 O2 sensors reading high

Recently pulled the engine to replace the freeze plugs and after putting everything back in, 3 of 4 o2 sensors are reading high. Research suggests there's a short, but that's all I have to go on at this moment. B1S2, B2S1,and B2S2 are all wrong, will read high even when disconnected. if i mess with the CPS connector while the key is on, I will hear the relays click and something runs that sounds like it's priming (not the fuel pump) like when you first turn the key on. If all o2 sensors are disconnected, the engine will run almost like normal but rich to smell, and if i plug them in, it struggles to idle and misses like Helen Keller at the plate.

What's the best way to test for this? I bought all new high quality sensors (yeah it hurt) just in case, and I've replaced ever other sensor so why not complete the "electric rebuild?"
