Default 2004 Dakota O2 sensor query

Just wanted opinions about how these O2 sensors are supposed to work. I’ve been getting the code for sensor 2 bank 2 for a while now. Keeps coming back when I remove it. Already put a new set of plugs in and that didn’t do it. The truck runs perfect as far as I can tell. Here’s the question…. Truck has 160000 miles
The shop told me to change them all even though it’s just a code for one because it’s “recommended”. Wanted 600 bucks for this.
I called NGK and spoke to a tech and he told me that when the code goes off the sensor is working. That’s the entire point of it. He said it means something is going on to cause it. He didn’t try to sell me anything. He did say if I change one that I should change the other matching side but that’s all.
Any thoughts?

What code are you getting?
At 160k, I wouldn't be surprised if one is failing. I'd also just change the one and see what happens.

Without live data, you really don't know the condition of the rest.

Code is P0058
I did read the live data as best I could. The bank 2 sensor 2 didn’t seem to be any different than the others. They all kinda bounce in that same range. It went out of range some but so did the others and they didn’t throw a code. I went ahead and bought both the lower sensors just in case but still curious about how they are actually supposed to work in case I change them and it still shows the code.

All OEM-Spec Narrowbands will bounce between 0.100 volt and 0.600 volt. It's how long it stays at each voltage that can trigger various codes.

I don't recognize code 0058.

P0130-0135 is Bank 1 Upsteam codes
P0136-0141 is Bank 1 Downstream codes
P0151-0155 is Bank 2 Upstream codes
P0157-0161 is Bank 2 Downstream codes
0171 is Bank 1 Upstream too Lean
0172 is Bank 1 Upstream too Rich
0174 is Bank 2 Upstream too Lean
0175 is Bank 2 Upstream too Rich
