Question Dakota in limp mode after changing PCM - help

The computer quit on my 2003 Dakota 4wd 3.9l automatic. After replacing, it is showing codes on all o2 sensors and vap leak detection pump. Is there any way to bypass the code? The old PCM did not have codes...Also cannot find where the VAP Leak Detection Pump is located. Not under battery box. Have 3 unknown electric connections beside battery box. ??? .. It is now in "limp" mode and will not go above 30 mph and doesnot shift properly. Help. cspinc@***.net

Figures. None of the PCM remanufacturers have a very good reputation, but, those folks? They are the absolute worst. They reliably send out PCM's what are worse off than what you send in. If you can, just get your old PCM, and your money back, and hit one of the local parts stores for a pre-programmed PCM from them. At least if there are problems, turnaround time is shorter.....
