What brand fuel pump did you install?

For me, it was a questionable ground that fooled me into think my fuel pump was dead.

Carquest premium I think ! So I guess what I’m thinking is to test for power at the pump to make sure the power there and I am assuming if it’s there then the pump is bad ? I know the pump is making some noise so I guess it has power but I got no fuel at the shrader valve!

It may be getting power, but, does it have a good ground?

If you cycle the key a couple times off-on-off-on, will the engine try and fire?

No nothing and if I cycle the key many times still no fuel at the shrader valve on fuel rail. I definitely hear the pump cycle when I turn on the key but no fuel so I think it’s getting power !

That does indeed sound like a failed pump..... Not sure where the pump grounds on yours, but, check that, even clean it, if nothing changes...... change the pump.

I would just look up where the ground IS, and have a look there. If you need wiring diagrams, go here. I don't think it will tell you were things are though, beyond a 'general area'.....
