Default What is this disconnected connection used for?

I have just bought a 1999 Dodge Dakota Sport 5.2 V8. In the engine bay close to the battery, on the driver side, I found that a wire is disconnected. Can you help me find out what this wire is for? See the attached picture.

That LOOKS like it should be the ab.for your driver side hub. Behind your driver wheel there should be a wire that connects up the wheel well
