Default Rough 1-2 shift 45rfe

I have a 2000 4.7 4x4 with the 4 speed transmission, when the truck is cold I noticed all shifts are smooth however, when it’s warmed up regardless of my speed/throttle I get a super rough shift from 1-2, all my other shifts are completely smooth and seem/feel fine, when it shifts from 1-2 it almost seems like it takes longer to shift as if it’s delayed and revs up higher even while I’m going slow and the rough shift feels like a jolt/punching feeling as if I just slammed it into gear, I can also hear the slamming/punching sound as it does that shift, almost like the sound of going over a speed bump, any ideas what could be causing it?

Might be that accumulator spring, in the transmission valve body ,broke.
A common problem but easy to replace .

So I replaced all the fluid and filters in the tranny and put about 5qts or so in, seemed to be driving fine but then stalled at a red light and now after parking won’t shift into any gears, I’m also getting a p0700 code now

That's a generic trans code..... it *should* be accompanied by another....

When you change the filters, do you make sure to removed the o-rings from the old ones? They tend to like to stay in the trans.

I got that code from the key trick, she’s sitting in a Safeway parking lot until later today when I can come back with a reader for the cel, I replaced both filters the spin on had it’s gasket still, and the flat filter had a washer type thing with a rubber gasket which I did make sure was removed before pushing the new one into the hole

Recheck fluid level...... It sounds like you did things *right*..... No idea why the trans is now pissed off at you.

A few updates, I was able to pull a few codes from the cel, I got
P0731 gear ratio error in first
P1732 throttle actuator control motor circuit low
P0736 gear ratio error in reverse

I was able to drive it a little bit but basically as soon as the truck got to temp it basically felt like I had no power at all and I had to pull over and at that point (right now) it threw another code P1784 “LR pressure switch circuit”

When I drained all the old fluid I poured into containers and I’m right under the top hot mark in neutral on my dipstick, with that being said I believe I filled close to 1 quart less than what was drained, not sure if any of the codes I got are implying too low of pressure ? As in maybe I didn’t put enough even though I’m at the top of the dipstick mark

I should also note that when I drove it a moment ago it had a slight delay going into gear when I shifted to D
