Default after market radio

i have a very annoying high pitched noice coming out of my speakers.....when i turn the heat on it gets worse and when the rpm's are up it gets worse too...here is my set up..pioneer 3600 head unit, alpines in the doors, eclipse in the back, two 10" mtx thunder 6000's, my subs and my speakers are powered by a 1200w soundstorm 4 channel amp...

would check all of your grounds. normally that is what causes that.

Make sure your RCA/speaker wires aren't run parallel to any power wires, and then add an extra ground from the metal frame of the head unit to the ground on your amp. It's typical electrical noise caused by grounding issues as stantheman said, but even with good grounds you can get it. Best way I've found to eliminate is to make sure all of the stereo devices are grounded together.

I can't remember what it's called (it's been a while sence I've messed with car audio stuff) ... but isn't there a "Filter" of some sort you can get to help eliminate that interferance?
