Body shop called and has made 3rd and final adjustment for the repairs.....they keep finding things that should be replaced so now all the work is being done and they have an ETA of this friday if all goes as planned.....I am so excited to get my truck back it feels like christmas eve hehe.....anyway I will post the after photos soon as I get my baby back

 

Got my truck back finally a few days late but with a very well done repair job well worth the wait, total cost $7664.48 thank God for insurance.....and a quick peak at our other toy........by the way thanks for all the supportive comments during my time of need while my baby was in the truck hospital

Holy Crap you got charged a littel over 7 grand for a rear driver side quarter panel bumper and tail gate!!!! Dam you cant mess around these days. Hell you jsut bought a slightly used car there lol. Atleast they did a good job on the rework!! thanck god you had insurnace for real if i didnt have insurane i would have hunted that dick down strong him up by his ***** and played patty cake with his face. Love your truck thought. you ever thought about getting a spray in bed linner? it would complement the tool box and your white truck really well. any how glad you allright peace.

They did a complete bed replacement the old one was twisted so it could not be fixed.

Funny the tail gate was just chipped so it just got painted and new decals.

As far as the bed it had a drop in liner before the wreck I opped to have it tosses and will be having a Rinoliner sprayed in that is what I had on my last Dakota.

 

good idea tossing that plastic bed liner they really arent worth the hassel (atleast in my mind) I have a rhino spray in bedliner so far no trouble and it gets some pretty good use and it cleans up real nice suprisingly a good brush soap and water does the trick

Me being in the auto colision industry. They repainted the tail gate since they had to blend the color. They blend it since if you even have the same paint it could be slightly off. I sure they repainted alot of it since they replace the whole bed. Unless they found a used one that close in color.
