Tool Box Tonneau?

Any reccomendations for a tonneau cover that fits with a tool box on ? I'm looking to pick one up soon but im not sure what i should be looking for....and i dont want to lose my tool box. Thanks everyone

I saw somewhere that they make a soft tonnoue cover/toolbox all in one piece. It was about $900 but maybe thats an option for ya.
