hey, whats up...im new to the forums and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on prformance mods for teh 2002 dakota quad cab slt. mine has the 4.7L 287. so far i have added a cold air intake and custom dual exhaust. if any one else has suggestions i would greatly appriciat them

Go for a fastman throttle body at thefastman.com then get yourself a performance chip.

 

I second the the chip, I have been very pleased with my Superchip programer.

see teh thing with me though is that im only 17. and the fact that the truck used to be my dads doesnt help matters. im trying to find a better paying job thatn a paper route and working at the local pizza shop. but i hope to be getting a better job soon.

 

Just keep working hard and coming in on time and many things will open up to you. I was too busy smoking pot to spend my money on anything that would last when I was 17 LOL.

 

good news...got the ok to do the throttle body and hopefully soon ill be getting a drop kit. im thinking a 2/3 or mayb a 3/5. depends on if i have to notch teh frame.
