Personally, I think all heater cores were placed by Satan himself. There is no other explanation for it...

Just recently bought it, but 142500 on my 99 V6 Manual. Bad engine knock, but that was because of poor maintenance by the previous owner. Engine swap time!

haha another 100. Yeah, sorry but thats asking A LOT from a Dodge. I hope you get it though and I'll be impressed if you do. 268,000 is impressive for a Dakota.

Sorry, but I highly doubt you will see another 100, but if you do, congrats.

it's all in the maintenance my man. I just did the lower plenum gasket on it and you wouldn't believe How much compression is still there. I gotta admit though that the timing set was freakin shot. It's also still on the stock clutch disc, press plate, wheel bearrings, and rear end. the rear has a little play and I'm planning to change it soon but it's still going strong.

235.000 with the original battery,I bought it new in 2000. No oil burning or leaks on the ground,by far the best truck I have ever owned. Major replacements are the air conditioner compressor, water pump and alternator the rest normal matenance, rotors, tires fluids, speed sensor and oxy sensors.
