the 3.9 exhaust flows pretty well by it self. i wouldn't spend $$ on a full exhaust for a 3.9 because you would loose to much bottom end, and unless u reved the **** out of it through the gears you wouldn't need it. i'd say go with a larger TB and a 180 degree thermostat. theres more you can do but that involves head work or rockers or cams stuff i don't wan't to mess with....

a stock v8 TB is said to be worth 10 hp to a 3.9. Supertuner I think makes a programmer for the 3.9. Jet is not worth the $ in my opinion, as well as many others opinion.

Loose the throttle body spacer. It is nothing more than a fancy paperweight.

i agree with silverram99, throttlebody spacers dont do anything, but i would get a series 40 flowmaster, cant go wrong with that. It depends on what you want your truck to look like for mods, i like mine jacked up, huge tires, brush gard, hd shocks, HID lights, Big Off road lights, fender flares, rocker panels, nice decals, tinted windows, stereo as for engine, headers, MSD ignition or coil, iridium spark plugs, 8mm wire set, re-program your computer. Thats all i can think of right now.

throttle body spacers actually hurt your horsepower/torque numbers. they are designed for carb. vehicles. if you want your 3.9 to have a little more bang, go for a flowmaster muffler, oversized throttle body, 180 stat and get a jet chip. tell jet what you have done so far and they will get you set up on a chip that will work really well for your mods. in the end, i say save your money and get a v8.

I agree with silverram99, the throttle body spacer is a waste of money. I put a cold air intake and dual exhaust on my 03 with the 3.9L V6 and it a lot better then stock. The cold air is the biggest bang for the buck. Headers I have heard makes a big difference but they cost some money.
