Paint
A week or so ago the paint on my roof started to come off in chunks - anyone know if there is a recall or if Daimler/Chrysler will repair

I doubt they will recall it. but I would get it fixed as soon as possible. I would just sand it down and primer it. then find some close match paint and paint her.
or take it to a body shop and pay out the A$$.

Yea, that is odd to have paint problems that early.
I know Chrysler had a similar problem back in the 80's/90's (which apparently they fixed around the time my truck was made, maybe a few years earlier), and that was due to crappy (read: cheap) primer.
Also.. is that rust I see on the roof? The 2003 warranty (see here), the outer panel corrosion warranty is for 5 years/100,000 miles. The problem: the warranty specificy states, "This warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair or replace any sheet metal panels that get holes from rust or other corrosion." (pg. 10, section 2.3, paragraph A)
You might want to try anyways, what would it hurt?
