IF this question has already been asked please direct me to the thread.....

How hard is ti to change out an o2 sensor on an 02 Quad?

Which one? There are two. One before the cat and one after it. They are simple enough to change, however, if they look rusted, hit them with a thick coating of WD40 or any other penetrating lubricant to help free them up. I would recommend soaking them overnight then working on it the next day after you spray them again.

they aint to bad to do. I used WD-40 and it work. But use the right sizewrench and not vise grips

75k miles on my 2002 quad and I didn't need any sort of lube. Came right out. Unplug the wires first.

Ok, well I guess I shall find out how easy it is. I plan on replacing them here shortly.
