i have a 2000 dakota, 3.9 liter 4x4 that i plow with. while i was plowing it started making some weird noise and shaking, like when a half shaft is going bad, but it was coming from the back, usually only when making turns. If you watch the back wheels when it is doing this it looks like they are hopping, the leaf springs start bouncing, it only really does it when turning sharp and getting on it. If anyone has any ideas please help me out. thanks.

Did you have it in 4wd when it did it or does it happen in 2wd also? If it only happens in 4wd then it's normal as long as your on a surface that alows the tires to grip a little. If it does it in 2wd I would look at the reardifferential possibly locking up preventing eachaxle from roatating independantly. Just my $.02!
