Default Rough start after being in garage?

My truck seems to start fine outside but when I put it inside the garage to work on for a bit then go to start up to go for a test drive, it starts really rough like starts like firing only half throttle then begins to idle properly I don't know why but outside it works fine, but any ideas?

hmm.. sounds like an outside truck.
air pressure has nothing to do with it, maybe it's something you do when you work on it. like disconnect the battery?
try starting the truck outside without the filter and spray some TB cleaner in maybe your garage is dusty enough to throw it off if it's dirty.
have you checked your filter?

Air filter should be fine i checked it a couple days ago. It is also starting rough outside, sometimes? Fuel injector cleaner or new plugs not sure, seems to still be firing in all pistons. usually after the truck gets warm it also starts to almost die, iv had it die before, but I know it's not the torque converter, as It is rebuilt and it still happens in neutral. Where do I spary the throttle body cleaner? In the air filter? Never used it... But Im not sure, I finally got my front band adjusted to the proper thing so my shift problem is all fixed, but I am getting a new exhaust on friday or thursday it is from a 03 dakota little rust for free and no leaking so hopefully it fits.

plugs depend on the milage of vehicle, TB cleaner, from what i understand, you take off the intake up and spray directly in the TB, read the directions on the cleaner, thats your best bet, my v6 will idle rough sometimes for no reason, i read somewhere its common for it to idle a bit rough, along with that damn tapping noise, got used to it

I think the taping is due to vales, I have that too, but the idle should not be rough, but my truck has 190k KM. My friend has a 03 dakota same engine and NO problems like that. I friend has a ford ranger, and he has one valve which is off and can do that. So im not sure, I Will have to maybe do a spark plug change, valve adjustment and throttle body cleaner.

according to a site cleaning out the throttle body is simple, and you should use a cloth, and not just spray it in.
