each state has its own laws on the issue. I know for a fact they dont have to show you anything to pull you over for speeding no matter what!!! I was apolice officerin kansas i know. and personally i would never ever ever stop for someone in a POV (privatly owned vehicle) if they flashed a badge. I would just flash mine,(middle finger) you have all the rights in the world not to stop for them. Trust me.

craigstockman is right. if theyr in a unmarked car u dont hav to stop. i jus heard about some rapist posing as an undercover cop here in CA. he was dressed like a cop in an unmarked car and would pull women over and then rape them. good thing im dude and dont hav to worry bout that.

sounds like to me the cop was just a lil pissed because you can go out and screw around and may pay a fine, but if he does it he stands to lose his job. the way i c it have fun and let the cops cry lol.
